    It’s triggering crisis messenger said because I’ve used them twice over past 48 hrs they won’t speak to me...

    He hurt me badly what is the point to life with it all?

    i shut down no confidence but shame

    Aww, I'm sorry crisis messenger won't speak to you because of that :(

    I can really hear how much you're hurting. It's understandable you feel there's no point to life when he hurt you so badly. It might sound wrong right now, but it will get better and you can find a happy life and relief from the pain. Does your daughter or anything give you a sense of hope, or does nothing make you feel better about living? <3

You may have been able to walk away free without nightmares and memories and flashbacks. And all of that could have killed me but it didn’t and it won’t. I am stronger. What you did was wrong but I am not weak. And while I may never be whole again I will not allow you to take anything more from me. I will fight. And I will win. You may have tried to break me but I will show you how enormously you failed. 

    That’s what I try and say to myself anyway. You should not let this dictate the course of your life. You can be free. We both can.'

    Something my friend said to me, I know I've posted it before but when I'm struggling with trauma I always repeat this and it helps. 

    I'm sorry crisis messenger won't talk to you @The Mix is this something that could be changed as often crisis' can last a few days and for many this is our main support.

    I'm sorry I can't offer much else support, just know you are stronger than what happened to you. It won't always be like this  <3
