Support Chat (8-9.30pm): A place to talk about anything on your mind in a safe, supportive environment. 

General Chat (8.9.30pm): A place for more light-hearted chat about pretty much anything be it TV, music, the weather, that hilarious video you saw on YouTube etc. 

Support Circle (7.55-9.30pm): Support Circle is a Support Chat of no more than 6 people, where everyone takes it in turns to share while the rest of the group listens. We have places for people who want to come and get support or attend as listeners. You can sign-up here.

    Hey everyone,

    Sunday's sessions won't be running this week due to some fairly last-minute changes in staff availability, meaning we can't support our volunteers adequately while they're on-shift. This is very much a one-off thing (it's super rare that we cancel both chats on an evening). We will, however, be running a GC thread tonight and please do make use of the discussion boards. :)

    If you'd like to get some support this evening, you can call our helpline on 0808 808 4994 and use our one-to-one chats which are open until 11pm tonight. You can find out more here. 

    Crisis Messenger is also available this evening 24/7. You can text THEMIX to 85258.

    Thank you for letting us all know about how chat is not going to be on tonight. It is understandable that these things happen. At least we have the helplines, a thread later and the boards.
