Would not taking ur meds for acouple of days make u feel bad and cry for help

    Hey Ellie,

    it's positive that you've posted this thread, how are you feeling? We aren't medically trained here so it may be worth speaking to a doctor, or pharmacist about what's going on for you.

    It's important to consistently take medication unless you've had guidance from your GP about reducing it slowly. 

    I know for me personally I have gone days (in the past) without taking my anti depressants and I have struggled, but it's not the same for everyone.

    Im feeling a little bit better xx how do u tell someone tht jumps in to tlk to u without letting u tlk and brings conversations to a stop with one sentence, tht u don't want to tlk
