Hey Ellie,

it's positive that you've posted this thread, how are you feeling? We aren't medically trained here so it may be worth speaking to a doctor, or pharmacist about what's going on for you.

It's important to consistently take medication unless you've had guidance from your GP about reducing it slowly. 

I know for me personally I have gone days (in the past) without taking my anti depressants and I have struggled, but it's not the same for everyone.
