This week we're doing a kindness challenge!
"One kind word can change someone's entire day"
Take some time this week to share your kindness with as many people as you can. Whether that's holding the door open for a stranger, texting a friend saying you're thinking of them, being kind to yourself or sharing a hug on someone's thread here on the boards. Comment below what you've done to be kind this week or something you've seen someone else do that's kind

Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't. Maybe some of us will never fully be okay, but at least we're here. We're still trying. We're doing the best we can. That's worth celebrating too ❤
