    You're not dirty, bad, disgusting, or anything like that buddy. I may not know you, but I bet you're a really good person. And every single person has a lot of potential and can do amazing things - you're definitely not a waste of space. But I know these feelings are really hard to push past or stop believing.

    You're not defeated. Your story's not over, and look at you, you're still here, still breathing. You may be beaten down and feel defeated, but you're never defeated. I believe in you.

    I'm sorry you're feeling all these things. It sounds so hard. And I'm really glad you're posting btw, I hope you continue to if wanted.

    Do you want to say more about feeling lost and stuck and trapped (e.g., do you feel you're getting nowhere with your life, or that nothing will get better, etc)?

    Wish I could say something to take your pain away. We're listening.
