    I'm really sorry to hear that you're on your own I hope you're okay. It can be scary losing someone you're with and being alone in London. For some people finding a quiet place away from crowds to sit down can help. Is there somewhere like this you can go? Have you been able to call this person you're with to find out where they are?

    Maybe somethings don't get better, but we do. We get stronger. We learn to live with our situations as messy and ugly as they are. We fix what we can and we adapt to what we can't.
