Not fit for work?

So I thought I was well enough to go work. But I didn't last an hour and got called to HR for them to tell me I'm not fit for work. They said i have 4 weeks still of sick note from doctors so they can't have me. And they said i I don't seem well enough and that my supervisor and manger told her I was shaky and dont seem well.
I was off for depression so I thought it didn't matter what the doctor wrote and what i felt like but turns out I had to go home.
I think I'm fine. I'm not getting any sick pay and earning no money. My doctors aren't open on weekend so have to take tomorrow off as well. Is it possible to get a fit for work note? Otherwise im getting paid nothing for another month

Just wanted to go work all weekend as a distraction.
Hope that helps, wishing you all the best
And just came back from work from first day back. I did my return to work and my manger and supervisor was really lovely and nice about it and supportive.
But when I was working a different manger came up to me (who knew why and that I was off sick from when I rang in) and he was like "haven't seen you in a while" " how was your partying" as a joke like oh yeah off for depression isnt actually being ill. I honestly was so shocked so didn't say much. Just said "what, sorry...no?" And he gave me the most dirtiest look ever. Honestly could of fucking slapped that off his face. Cause being locked up in hospital was a real jolly and a right barrel of laughs.
It's sad that people still have their on owns views on mental health and it's not being a reason to be off sick and work for.
Really great that your return to work went well with your manager and supervisor, it can make such a difference when people are lovely and supportive. I'm really sorry to hear about the other manager, this really isn't nice for anyone to go through. I think you've touched on a really important point about there still being a lot of stigma around mental health. On the Time To Change website, there's some blog posts from other people who have experienced mental health stigma at work which might be interesting to read.
Do keep us updated and let us know how things are going with this manager. If you feel you are being treated differently because of your mental health problem this may be discrimination and might be against the law. On the Time To Change website, they have some really useful advice on what to do, I've included some of this information below:
