Resources: Mental Health- Self Help
Hi everyone,
Just thought I'd share a few self help/CBT resources I feel are really good and informative (these are the ones my psychologist uses, but you can use it with or without a therapist):
http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/consumers.cfm - some good resources for a variety of things- anxiety, depression, shyness, perfectionism, procastination and more.
http://www.get.gg/selfhelp.htm - very good and large resource bank for CBT based worksheets, both my psychologist and old therapist used these (but again you can use with or without a therapist).
If I can think of anymore I will add.

I think I might have a couple of similar sites somewhere in the chaos of my bookmarks - I'll have a look and add them to yours if I find any.
No problem
