Advice on tracking Macro nutrients?!

Hi everyone!

Im just wondering if anyone here has considered or actually tracks their macros (carbs, fats and protein)? I've heard a lot about tracking macros all over social media and many people say that their body responds well to it. Does anyone recommend doing this to help with weight loss and if so do you know where I would be able to find what my macros are specifically?

    Hi there, I too have heard a lot about tracking macros. You should remember that all calories come from macro-nutrients. Well, if you focus solely on calories and consume fewer cals than you burn and can surely lose weight. There are many macro nutrients tracking and other health apps which helps to track macro nutrients and track your results.
