My live chat doesn't work, what can I do?
theres no join button or anything just the info and dates

    Live chats only run from 8-9:30 Sunday - Thursday, so if you're trying to access it out of those hours that will be why you're not able to find a join button :)

    As Hiccup says you should also be able to see the times on the live chat page: http://www.thesite.org/chat/live-chat

    Support chat is open tonight (Tuesday) from 8-9.30pm

    When it's open a join button will appear :yes:

    You are welcome to join the chats when they are open :) If you head over to this page, under General chat, or Support chat you will see the 'Join the chat' button. This button only appears when the live chat is open (Sunday to Thursday) - so you can click join between 8 - 9.30pm.
