If you want to celebrate the five months you've been together, why not just have a night in together? Watch some films etc. Or go out for a nice meal? Either way I hope you have a good time

Congratulations on your longest ever relationship, it's lovely to hear that you're happy and a great to celebrate! Why not go back to a place you and your partner had one of your first dates? Or perhaps you could go back to the place you met (if it's a bar or club). Whatever you do, I hope you both enjoy it!!
