There's nothing and I would give anything to have even an hour with my old counsellor even just to cry on her. i can't make sense of anything. i don't know anything.

    It sounds like you are unsure of things at the moment and are struggling without your old counsellor,would that be fair to say?We are here if you would like to talk about anythin xx
