On Thursday the 7th of August (7-8pm), we're having a special Q&A session in the chatroom with TheSite's very own Holly Bourne (*Holly* on the boards). Some of you may remember Holly's first book, Soulmates. Well, now she's published a second - The Manifesto on How to be Interesting.
To celebrate, we're even giving away 3 copies!! If you'd like to be entered into the draw, make sure you're signed up for the boards and have posted in this thread.
Here's some more info about Holly and her amazing new book:
What can I ask Holly about?
You might want to ask her about being an author - what it's like writing a book, where the ideas come from or how to get published. If you're a budding author yourself, or you're just curious to know more about it, this is your chance to talk to someone in the know!
You could also ask her about some of the themes in her new book, such as school life, or how leaving school can change things.
If you have any questions, post them below
See you there!

Here's some more info about Holly and her amazing new book:
Holly writes the vast majority of the advice articles for TheSite.org. This usually involves interviewing experts and stealing their advice for her own life, yelling 'eww, look at this photo of smegma!' at her colleagues, and trying to sneak the word 'loins' into copy wherever possible.
Holly is also a novelist for young adults. Her second book, The Manifesto on How to be Interesting, was published by Usborne today!
The Manifesto follows Bree, a loser, a wannabe author who hides behind words. Most of the time she hates her life, her school, her never-there parents. So she writes.
But when she's told she needs to start living a life worth writing about, The Manifesto on How to Be Interesting is born. Six steps on how to be interesting. Six steps that will see her infiltrate the popular set, fall in love with someone forbidden and make the biggest mistake of her life.
