Exam season is nearly upon us, and I thought that since there are a wide variety of ages on here, those who are doing public exams might be able to benefit from those of us who've already done them. What I propose, therefore is for anyone who's interested to post their subjects/areas of expertise, and if they're willing to help, how to contact them.
Personally, I did A-Levels in;
Maths,
Physics,
Geography
[General Studies]
I will answer questions on them if necessary, but my subject is Geography, and that's (a) what I'm doing for degree, (b) what I like best, (c) the one I know best, and (d) the one I've got the best resources for...
Please, let's all see if we can help each other?
*Now, if anyone knows my exams, then...*

Biology
Chemistry
A-Levels
AS Economics.
I'll try and help
(An oldie but a goodie )

History
Geography
Maths
and degree level Economics
I don't know much about these new AS thingies though so I don't know how relevant it is.

History
Physics

All A's altho I don't consider my history knowledge to be that great!
If you want me to try to help then PM and I'll give you my MSN address. But please do so fairly soon, I have finals to think about too! If anyone knows anything about Fourier Transforms, Control theory or Advanced Vector Calculus that'd be handy!
I now do English and European History for my degree so will do my best to help if anyone has any questions. Not sure how good I am at anything though.

And for those who have read the point of this, thank you for responding, and keep them coming, it may well be a great help.
DJP
Was english combined interesting/fun?
And was law easy to grasp and understand?
avce health and social care
as biology (ocr)
The Wife of Bath,
A Room with a Veiw,
Hamlet,
and Much Ado...
...any questions, i'll take my best shot at.
Also geography, (especially human) and psychology.
But my main advice to anyone is to have confidence in your own ability... a friend of mine who I helped out in psychology managed to pull herself up from an E in the mocks to an A in the real thing. So you can do it.
I did Alevels in English Lang, French, Religious Studies and General Studies. Not sure how much helpful stuff I can rememeber, but I'm willing to try!
Juniper
Law..well the first year we did the English Legal System which could be quite dry, the second year was criminal law which was mch more interesting (and you get to say to people "today I am doing murder" ). There are quite a lot of facts to learn but it is very satisfying.
Hope that helps.
english lit
geography
economics
latin
I've done a couple of modules and got A's in both. Feel free to ask questions but I can't really see people queueing up for latin help...
*English Literature (AQA)
(texts were Bleak House, Wife of Bath, Othello, The Tempest, St. Joan and something else which I don't remember right now!)
*Economics (AQA)
Was especially good at this!
*History (AQA)
(areas covered: British political history c.1850-1945; Wilhelmine Germany and Bismarck; Russia c.1850-1928; special topic Nazi Germany)
* General studies (AQA)
