It's a very positive step to start to take your medication again, you should be very proud of yourself.
Hopefully once you get back into the routine of taking your medication things will get a bit easier for you.
Something I learnt in my life is that sometimes the things we are not happy about actually are the best things to do for our health and wellbeing. I didn't like being on medication and still don't take them, I have been off them for a while now, but when I was on them they really did help me, and I wasn't happy about being on medication but they really do help sometimes
Keep us posted on how things are going.
" So I say thank you for the music, the songs I'm singing, thanks for all the joy they're bringing, who can live without it, I ask in all honestly what would life be? Without a song or a dance, what are we? So I say thank you for the music, for giving it to me "
'' It's a beautiful day and I can't stop myself from smiling "
I have a question, it's a bit embarrassing though, but can some meds change thigs like periods? like make them worse?
If you're getting side effects listed as 'rare' or ones that don't seem to be on the list, it's worth seeing your GP. Remember, everyone reacts to meds differently, and you are the expert on your body.
