    So before I head off to the land of nod, I'll update:

    I was on TV, in newspapers and on Radio because Mindfull.org launched! The media where looking for people who have expereinced mental health to talk about their experience and the site and what support they got etc. Seeing as I'm a media ambassador for MindFull, they asked if I would be available to appear on TV and have radio/newspaper interviews.

    You can hear the radio interview thingy here at about 1:08:00
    I'll post the TV link as soon as someone sends it to me! :)
