Tonight was the second Positive Thinking Chat - we thought it would be cool to share some of the things that we learned and came away with tonight to spread the posi vibes!

I was one of 10 participants on this chat, and I found it very beneficial, I'm not someone who really thinks about stuff like what makes me happy, what doesn't etc...So looking in to that and looking in to the effect it had on how I felt was rather beneficial. Or looking at teeny things that made us feel better last week, for me it was seeing a friend. I wrote a larger response to this earlier, literally a few paragraphs, but thought it was lame, so it's gone now. Getting to think where we are in general, for example things I do to lift me up from negative behaviours is mindfulness etc.
