I stopped harming about six months ago but I've been really stressed lately and have been worried about a relapse. One thing that worries me is, if I tell a doctor about me salf-harming can he tell me parents? I'm 16 so I can legally make medical decisions where I live to a certain extent but can a doctor mention anything to my parents? I don't want them to know.
