Can you get canvas dry cleaned?

I've got this pair of boots that looks like this

The white part is all canvas. I wore them out maybe once or twice and now the canvas is all mucky. I've tried a textile cleaner but it doesn't seem to make any difference![:( :(](https://community.themix.org.uk/plugins/emojiextender/emoji/twitter/frown.png)
Is there anyway I can get them dry cleaned? They are made of vegeterian leather and plastic soles.
They are worth quite a bit of cash but I don't want to sell them without them being in a good state first.
I don't have a massive amount of time to fanny about cleaning them and I know I will just end up damaging them further probably.
Thanks

I'd probably just use the white goop for tennis shoes.
