if court decideds to grant a eviction to my landlord..do i have to leave on the day?:confused::confused::confused:

    It depends on the motive. When I was in a house-share back in 2003, one of our tenants sparked a drugs bust in the house by police one night at 3AM. Said tenant got evicted with immediate effect :-)
