'can't get no sleep'.

[sorry i've posted 2 threads in less than an hour]

i'm 14 and normally fall asleep at about 10.30pm
but for the past couple of weeks i've been getting to sleep between 1 and 2am.
i've tried everything i can think of.:banghead: i'm not going to write the list, it's too long, but it includes exercising, sleeping tablets and chamomile tea.
i'm going back to school on monday and need to get back into a proper sleeping pattern because i have massive tests coming up :(

please help !!
