I'm trying to lose a few pounds so eating healthily and exercising but I have no idea if what I'm eating is too little or too much! Can someone help me add up (just approx) so i know if I'm in the right ball park?
Example, yesterday I had:
Breakfast - 2 pieces of wholemeal toast with butter
Lunch - cous cous (quite a small portion) with 8 cherry tomatoes, 1 tbsp pine nuts, 1 tsp pesto
Tea - 2 pieces of wholemeal toast with 1/2 can of beans and a bit of cheese (matchbox sized like advised!)
Throughout the day - 4 cups of tea with semi skimmed milk, handful of dried fruit and seeds, 8 forerro rochier, 1 double vodka and pepsi max

I think as long as you are below 2000 eg 1600kcal per day you should be making a loss but it will depend on other factors such as how much excercise you do and what your current weight is.
Good idea :thumb:
I don't want to start counting calories excessively but it would be good to know how I'm doing
