    Bit of a work do - Greek food, then a quiet one in with my housemate, whisky and a movie.

    Nothing planned for tomorrow. I'm currently on a calm patch... it's only been a week, but in terms of mental attitude I'm feeling positive about not just getting fucked!

    yesterday, i spent sometime with my mum in the afternoon, got wheeled all the way to sainsbury's and back seeing as i can't really walk more than 100 metres on the crutches before falling over. then had a very nice dinner. This morning, i did my mum's face, gave her a glass of cava for breakfast and said bye before she went to the airport. and then i got stood up!... so i spent the day on the net and then had a very nice m&S ready meal and the rest of the cava and watched atonement...and suddenly had a good few realisations...

    tomorrow, i'm hoping i'll have some friends around as i still can't really get around...
