Was given two major faults - 'tight steering' the reason for them. The guy did not explain what it was, and I do not think he meant 'steering into and out of tight spots'. Would anyone know what this means? My instructor was not too sure...:banghead:

This thread is a cajilion years old.
No idea what he meant by tight steering though.
I didn't notice that the new person had dug up the dead!
Sorry folks, the 'tight steering' was tearing me up yesterday and I NEEDED an answer...
...and I still would like to know! Anyone?
BUT finally getting one over on them and passing is the best feeling in the world :thumb:
Best of luck hun
I reckon this might be right... not taking the correct/safe line when turning corners so that it is possibly dangerous for other cars?
Thanks Helen, have my own thread now!
Yes, I suspect driving too close to traffic was what he meant by tight steering - but then again he seemed very comfortable, never had to yank the wheel from me and I don't recall ever thinking I was too close to other cars or the kerb... and these were two major faults.
Well, life goes on, and there are more tests to take...
... and more examiners....:nervous:
