I usually check in the shower, but my aunt had breast cancer, and my Mam had a scare so I do check from time to time.

I don't do it specifically, but then I do go for a good all over lather in the shower so get a fairly good feel then, and the boy gives mine a pretty good check whenever he gets near them.

    Not ideal but not bad.

I check. Probably not in the correct way, if there is such a thing but if there was something different I would notice it.

I check, but not as regularly as i should.

Cancer is such a horrible thing and its scary thats it affects so many. My grandad died of it, as did my dad. My mum had it and has now had the all clear for six years (touch wood) however she had a scare last month which frightened us all.

    Cancer is such a bitch.

Whats the procedure for checking them? just giving them a squeeze here and there? or is there a routine..?

i do check myself often, but aparently i have fibroids so i'm consistantly finding some kind of lump or bump, which are normally just glands that have a lumpy feel...

girls forget that it's important to check else where form lumps...
