  It's a constant problem in the whole field, because they all do it because they all do it. It's daylight robbery, really, and it is deliberately designed to attack the most vulnerable people in society.
  
  The second I can find a supplier that doesn't do it I will switch, but I have a feeling that it will take a long time.
  
  I can't understand why people don't see the problem with this. Perhaps if they understood what Direct Debits really are they might have a bit more sympathy. I certainly wouldn't want to give someone I've never met direct access to my bank details and my bank account, and allow them to take money when they want, and that's what a Direct Debit does.

  People don't see a problem because they are unable to see things from any other perspective except their own comfortable lives. Depressing.
