I was at a rave last night and there was only about 60 ppl which kinda sucked, but was still cool, good Dj's were there.
Anyways an undercover came up to me and asked me if I would give him a "Blow-Up". Of course I just ignored him cuz i knew this wasn't right.
My question is would I have been arrested if I did a little light show for him? Would that be their proof that I was under the influence of E??
I live in America so one of you americans help me out here hehe.

At house parties blow ups go a little further and include, glowstick light show in front of your face, lots of people massaging you and blowin Vick's Nasal Decongestant. It really does give you a WILD feeling.
Anyway, I figured it was ILLEGAL to be under the influence and by askin me for a blow-up (light show) that would prove to him that i was e'ing and therefore i could be arrested.
I won't go back to that night club. I think the whole thing is a set-up, it was sketchy.
Thanks for respondin <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/smile.gif">
I wouldn't go back to that club, but be very aware of what your rights are and what the laws are. Cops can harass you and try to get you to confess to something but they get away with a lot of stuff that they shouldn't, just because people don't know their rights. Believe me, I've seen LOTS of evidence of messed up behavior by cops... not in clubs because I don't go to them, and not to do with drugs because I don't take them... but I've seen cops arresting people on the streets because they look a certain way, searching people's bags without probable cause, etc.
here are some basics:
* you don't have to talk to police, FBI agents, or investigators. you do not need to talk to them on the street, if you've been arrested, or even if you're in jail.
* if the police stop you on the street (or in a club), ask "am i free to go?" if yes, walk away. if not, you are being detained. ask, "can you explain why you are detaining me?" to stop you, a cop must have specific reasons to suspect you of a specific crime (not just a guess or a stereotype). if the police try to search you say repeatedly you do not consent to the search but you do not physically resist.
you also have the right to ask an undercover if they are a cop, and to request their badge number. by law, they are supposed to give this. if you are calm about it and polite they will most likely realize you are informed about your rights and will go pick on someone else.
hope that helps! you may want to email the ACLU (aclu@aclu.org) and ask them about specific drug laws.
Also remember that south carolina is VERY backward and probably has some weird laws, (tattoos and piercings are illegal in SC)especially with drugs.
An eye for an eye makes the world blind.
Btw, It is legal to do Piercings in South Carolina but not Tattoos
I'm glad I helped.
