Cheese on toast or a jacket potato with cheese. Which is what I will be having for lunch because I have no time to breathe after 11 o clock today.

Chicken Wrap - chop up some chicken breast, roast or fry, lettuce, peppers, chorizo, some red onion, tobasco anything else laying around the kitchen - stick it in a wrap!

    Sausage sandwich - a classic

Pasta - boil some pasta, tin of tomatoes, herbs, maybe some chopped up sausage if theirs any around - perfection

    soup

    Pie and mash

    Chicken, Rice and peas

so many.. so good... I'm off to the kitchen!

    Chorizo sarnie.

Warm thinly slived chorizo in a pan and then add a little lager. All you want to do is warm it up, not fry it.

Put the slice on a slice of bread, soak up the juices in the pan with another slice of bread and there's you sarnie.
