Sorry people.I feel a right dick head askin you all this but wot the hell do you mean by coming down on a pill.Wot is the total process cos i heard you come up on the pill like you are proper buzzin then you go down. Please tell me cos i might take a pill and i want to now whats going to happen.Cheers

U gotta remeber when the come-downs out-way the good-times is it really worth doing it at all.
Then try and stay awake as long as i can (i find the longer its bin since u started cumin down the worse you feel) then i go to sleep and sleep through the worst bit (cop out!!).
I usually wake up with a sore neck and sometimes a slight headache but thats about it really.If i do more than 4 (not all that often) thats when i feel the worst.
Your appitite may be non-existant, but it will help you recover.

I don't reckon come downs are as bad as hangovers 'cause you don't feel physically sick nor do you have such a head ache. I just feel monged right out.

When does Yeast Extract (Marmite) and beta goodness (as contained in Banana's) or Vitamin C (Oranges) ever help you replace seritone lost during an ecstasy session?
They have absolutly nothing to do with the bodies regeneration of seritone, they may well replace vitamins and minerals lost during dancing, but other than that.. thats it.
Seritone for one is regenerated and replaced back to full storage over a two week period, this is done by the body producing a chemical called 5-HTP which inturn produces seritone. The only way you can replace depleated stocks is by taking a 5-htp supplement.

I find that the more i lie down the worse i feel so i tend to make myself get up and have a shower ,put some clean clothes on , get something to eat and chat to a mate.
the chatting to a mate is really important to my recovery coz i'd go mad other wise
as for what I feel like I just feel really spaced and cant moove kinda detatched from reality, thats why its good to have a mate to chat to.
I have heard and read this a number of times from different sources. I may not have proof but in this years Mixmags drug issue it had a whole article on remedys for comedowns and there were a number of ordinary foods along with the different supliments you can get from health shops.
Do you think I'd write it if I had made it up or thought it was bullshit. I've read that bananas especially help in the replenishment of seritonin. I'm not sure if it contains somthing that stimulates regeneration or actually contains seretonin it dosn't say in the article.
I believe it and even if you don't it can only be a good thing to eat on a comedown to sort you out.
The reason why its a remedy is that it replaces vitimins and minerals lost on a session, in the same way that drinking orange juice on the morning of a hangover can help...
