Just read Doms diary of quiting smoking. Like to see you quit heroin mate. Hows it going, haven't updated in a while.
Anyway, I thought it would be a good idea to help everyone on this board to stop smoking and give them our support.

One good tip to get your mind of is to take a shower, bath jacuzzi or something relaxing. Or flatten every tyre in the parking lot depending on what sort of person you are.

C'mon, own up and try to kick the habit.

(Before you say anything im not addicted to drugs, I dabble with them)

    I must say, ive found quitting smoking a complete fucker. I have managed to do it though, but only coz I have to (preggers if u aint herad already), and still I cant resist the odd one on a Saturday nite out <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/frown.gif"&gt; I think no matter wat ill end up chuffing the old 'cancer sticks' as soon as the little bubbas born. All those sleepless nites have gotta b worthy of a fag!!!

    I dunno I smoke n jst can't be bothered to stop... I dont think I'd have that much trouble doing it...
    Had glandular fever a ealriler this year n stoipped smoking for two weeks when I had that(felt sick but that was the fever). Had tonsilitis a couple of weks back... stopped for a week n didn't have that bad withdrawls...
    Thing is with smoking every1 I know smokes practically in pubs every1s smoking I will give up just not till I'm older when I get away from smokey social life
