Hi, ive just signed up to run Tescos race for life, i was wondering if anyone had any advice as to how to train for this.
I currently hold a full gym membership, that I use about 1ce a fornight. my diets isnt particually good,but i dont know how to change it healthily and safely (previously had a problem with food).
Also my race is on the 1st July, 48 days from now!
So any advice would be brillient!

You should probably try eating more complex carbs too to fuel your body.
Stay well hydrated too
that is if you are starting totally from scratch tho with a minimal fitness level.
try running a mile and time yourself. increase the distance slowly. is it a 5k race?
