What Free Food

I went to the doctors this mornign about my stomach problems adn he said it was IBS caused by a wheat intolerance. Does anyone know what foods I can't have and know any cheap alternatives please?

    There are lots of resources on the internet, and if you go to an independent health food shop they should be able to give you some advice. A quick Google threw up the following organisations that might be useful -
    wheat free.org
    British Nutrition Foundation
    and there is even a Wheat and Dairy Free Supermarket !

    Thanks Jade. Did have a look on the internet this moning and it does seem that I can't eat alot. (I'm also lactose intolerant)

    Supermarkets usually have a aisle dedicated to wheat/egg/dairy/lactose/yeast/whatever free food.
