    Unless the house has a cellar full of genuine Picasso's I wouldnt be paying that much for it.

    I been to South Shield so defnitley wouldnt be paying £2.7 mil for it :D

    The prices on the site as set by the seller - so I'm guess someone probably thought -'fuck it, I'd sell my house for 2.5 million' just on the off chance some Southern div pays that much :)
