Why Do I Need To My GP?

Got a letter this morning from the Doctor's Surgery. It said that I have to see them about a recent letter from Specsavers, why? The letter from Specsavers, btw, is basically them saying that I have something with my eyes that makes reading harder, therefore I may need extra time for exams.
Beep boop. I'm a bot.

Scary Monster - they did say (when I having my eyes tested) that they need to refer me back to the eye infermary, but I don't really understand what the doctor has to do with this.
It's really annoying when you get called to the docs and they don't exactly tell you why.
Indeed. My clinic has booked me a lumbar puncture for later this m,onth and the buggers won't tell me why. I've done some looking up on the net and it doesn't look promising.
I had similar experience at SpecSavers several years ago - they did a stain test on both eyes but the right eye started to sting with their yellow dye and they wrote a letter for my Gp saying they're worried about it..
GP refer me to specialist eye hospital only thing was it was a 4 month waiting list
By the time they examined my eyes there was nothing to see.
Maybe about a year ago now I had my eye go very red and went to see GP, the GP said to go direct to the Emergency ward and after a few hours was seen and they said it's just alleries, prescribed anti-histomines and allergy eye drops - everything basically available without a prescription.
