What can I do with cream?

I've bought a 284ml carton of thick single cream but it needs to be used by tomorrow latest. Any ideas what to do with it? Preferably savoury ideas as I'm not that big on puds. I'm vegetarian but I can adapt meat-based meals quite well, its ideas I'm looking for rather than set in stone recipes :)

    Um veg n stuff, I can buy other stuff tomorrow cos I'm going to tescos so that's not really a problem

    You can get some berries and put them in a bowl with a pinch of sugar and eat.

    Or maybe some kind of soup? I don't know, some soups sound like they might use cream...:confused:

    Pasta sauces esp. carbonara, creamed leeks (:yum:), curry.

    I use cream for most things sauce-based to make it, well, creamier.

    :yes: even tomato based sauces benefit from a bit of cream in them imo. Plus if you make a big batch then you'll be able to freeze it as well.

    or a hell of a lot of rhubarb / apple & blackberry / fruit crumble and have the cream on top.
