Plz help cos i am a teen and i have been depressed for about 3 months now.
i just dont see the point in living, as nothing good seems to happen in my life, i am fat , ugly and may more things i can say but i cant be bothered to bore you all.
anyway, my life is hopeless and i really need some1 to talk to. some1 that understands, or is going through or went throught the same a s me when they were my age

The best place to start is usually by making an appointment with your GP.
Did it not cross your mind that this kind of comment might come across as patronising or ignorant? A bit more tact is needed here.

St John's Wort can be very helpful to some people in cases of mild depression, although it doesn't work for everyone. BUT it is probably not suitable for someone who is severely depressed and suicidal.
Herbal remedies should not take the place of a proper consultation with a doctor.
Its just that im really fat and ugly and im sick of it. I cant change the way i look but i can try to loose weight.
any1 got any tips to loose some weight cos i am right unhappy at this weight.

oh, and i read this tip, which helps me a lot (I'm a bit of a compulsive eater):
when you feel hungry, try to rate your hunger on a scale of one to 10. If it's 6 or less, have a glass of water instead.
