i wouldnt say i was fat, just kind of chubby, mostlt face belly and arse. i wanna get looking good for the summer. what is THE best exercise to do to lose weight fast. i can do whatever it takes, please help.....

You'll need to eat less and exercise more. It's very simple - just a matter of willpower - there's no secret exercise regime that will magically make you slim by summer.
Swimming and jogging are the easiest to do. Then you can do situps and so on to lose some of the flab on your belly.
Eat plenty of fruit and veg, drink water etc etc.

Querty, listen to what he has to say, this guy almost always gives good advice.
I'm just going to go into a little more depth.
First of all, keep this in mind. 3500 calories equals one pound of fat. I'm not advocating calorie counting!!! It's just to illustrate a point. If you drink one less soda a day for a month, and don't eat more to compensate for it, you will lose one pound. If you do a stairmaster in addition for one hour a day at a moderate pace, five days a week, you will lose about 4 more pounds in a month.
The best way to lose flab is NOT dieting. Starving yourself won't work because your metabolism will just slow down to compensate.
Eating healthier and exercise combined will help you lose weight. What you want is for your body to go into calorie debt, ie burning more than you take in.
If you're at the gym, the best exercise you can do is a long workout (stairmaster, elitical runner, treadmill) where your heart rate is about 120-140 beats per minute. If it gets higher than this, slow down. Too slow? Go a little bit faster.
Then after a while, you will notice that your hips will stick out a little more, your ribs too, etc... This means that you've lost some body fat. To get a nice toned stomach after this has happened, use one of those exercise balls, you know, it looks like a tough beach ball, to do situps.
One more point. If you lift weights a few times a week in addition to this stuff you will lose weight even faster because your body will use some of the protein you eat to build muscle, lifting wieghts burns calories, and every pound of muscle you add burns more calories pre day just by being there. So I would advocate doing this as well.
Good luck. You will see results if you keep up with it. Start out slowly so that you don't burn yourself out, and then after you've done this for a while you'll find you can do more and more.
I'm sure you'll look great by the middle of the summer.

to lose weight and keep it off, you need to lose it slowly and steadily.
fad diets, crash diets and starving yourself just mean you gain the weight back when you eat normally again.
the best way to get in shape is to exercise and eat sensibly. there aren't any shortcuts.
i want to lose soem weight but evry1 keeps saying its dangerous to eat more fruit and veg and excercise more at my age cos im going through all the changes and stuff. but ive had enough of being fat and all the name calling and being bullied so i really wanna be slimmer.

You're thirteen. You can lose weight at that age, you just have to be careful because of the whole puberty and rapid growth thing.
An adult (well, by the age definition anyway) like myself can fuck around more because I won't be risking stunting my growth by not eating enough. You can't.
Eat as much as you have up to now. Just try to cut out things like soda and candy whenever you can. They're empty calories, they don't do your body any good.
And exercise. The best thing you can do at that age is exercise. Your metabolism, (the rate at which your body burns calories) is the fastest it it will ever be. So going for a run or walk will help you burn excess calories more than someone my age.
Believe me you still have a lot of changes to go through. You will probably lose some baby fat anyway. Just try to est fewer crisps and candy and be active, and you should be okay. Don't diet though. Eat meals like they want you to, balanced and regularly.
