My mate and her fiancé moved into their 1st flat together today and I'm after a present to buy them for it. Anyone got any ideas?

Some gorgeous wine glasses and a bottle of vino.

    Or a chocolate fountain.

    Definitely :p

I just think it is a fun housewarming present. I was secretly pleased that we already had lots of things for our home ourselves when we got married because I like to choose things that go well with what we have already got. This is why I dislike choosing housewarming presents because I know I am fussy so expect other people to be fussy too. So a fun present is the way forward. Or vouchers as the recipients can choose what will match or what they want. But they aren't as exciting as a present :p

Saw them y'day but can't buy 'em because our fridge etc is hidden behind doors :(

Yeah our chocolate fountain is fun, wish we'd got the metal one now as it looks better, but 'spose it doesn't really make any difference when chocolate's running over it.

How about a small electrical item, and no not a vibrator, but then again.......... :) Toaster, smoothie maker, coffee machine. Decent cafetierre, we got bought a Bodum one when we moved and its great. Cutlery, coffee/tea set, wine glasses. Set of kitchen utensils.

A coffee machine, you can get a decent one for about £35 now.

I'm going to ask them what they need on Wednesday and see what I can do.

A bunch of flowers. Or some wine. Something non-permanent.

    Or a puppy, they're always fun :)
