Nightmares

I know it sounds like a really stupid question but like, is there any way of stopping them?

I'm having proper horrible ones night after night at the minute.
Beep boop. I'm a bot.

Try not too have too many stimulants before bed. Rather than watching the tv before bed, do something to wind down like reading a book or having bath. I used to suffer badly with night terrors and hallucinations but I am now getting better. Try to keep your bedroom in tidy and a breeze coming through the window. Your environment can affect your sleep!

Alot of them are to do with my past tbh.

Alot of them are like flashback sorta things but then others are completely random and really really scary.

I woke up this morning in a complete and utter panic.

    I already have a teddy :p
