Can anybody reccomend me any stress reducing yoga videos that they like?

    For the record I dont do yoga, but a video I have heard about which is supposedly good is videos made by Wai Lana.

    I have a beginners book of yoga written/performed by Barbara Curry, she also has some DVD's out too. I'd definitely recommend them.
    I absolutely love yoga, it suits me down to ground because I'm hypermobile :D
