  OK, I'll try and describe one. A guy gets a feeling of euphoria spreading all over his body, which usually means he's just about to blow his load. When he does cum, another wave of pleasure just takes over for a few seconds, which can vary hugely in intensity. If you haven't had sex or masturbated for some time, the wave can be stronger.
