    It's beta testing now, that's wy they don't d it for long, and with te redesign of the community I think they are quite busy...

    Well chat isn't just for general chat - we have a list of people interested in more organised guest based chat, we then provides an alternative way of maintain a dialogue between our users and experts

    The amount of work for us is always going to increase, so that's something we need to bear in mind.
