    The English have a right to complain when we have people who we didn't even elect voting on legislation affecting England only.


    The Scottish have been complaining since the Union was signed in 1707.

    It's got a rather nasty ring to it though doesn't it... "the west lothian question".

    A similar phrase was sometimes used by members of the National Socialist Party regarding the Jews in 1930s Germany...

    Yes I do - a Labour MP in the 1960's brought it up. Who'sconstituency was called West Lothian.
