... do you make egg mayonnaise sandwiches?
Surely it can't be as simple as boiled eggs and mayo... that seems as if it would taste a bit crap. But I have to make some for my picnic so help an idiot out

You can add a small touch of mustard if you like as well.
But  they are as simple as that.
I would add a little bit of mayo and keep adding until you get the consitancy (sp?) that you require cause there is nothing worse than too much mayo and no more eggs to biol up to thicken things up.
I make mean egg mayo sarnies. Or so the wife tells me.
I could never be arsed with boiling and peeling the shell off and then chopping. Too much faff.
Ooh, think I'll give that a bash. I do love the easy option - will probably still be an inedible disaster though
Har de har har
I made them the SCC way and as well as being dead easy they were delicious, nice one.
Not that I'm even getting to eat [the majority of] them. Hmph.
That's what I thought as well. :P
Coming from the country with some of the weirdest food tastes in the world
Hamburgers are tasty
Was thinking more about the "half-fat-pestrami-on-a-sugar-loaf-bread-hold-the-kernels-double-spread-of-BBQ-sauce" type thing
Christ, a sandwhich is easy enough. State of society today!
think of the extra crap thats in it to increase its shelf life and and it 'look nice'
make ur own mayo easy
get some oranic yolks add salt, mustard and pepper whizz (in the whizzer, smaller the better) add grapeseed oil very slowly until thick enough, if it splits add a teaspoon of hot water whizz, and then it should be ok to carry on adding the oil,
BELLE!;)
It is indeed!
Noone has been able to tell the difference yet anyway!
Try it and see.
