Thats more what I was thinking of getting.
One of my mates had a 2.5 litre one and while it was outrageously fast, it was so temperamental and costly to maintain.
Where you gonna find a good example, esp 1.6?
Ebay maybe. Autotrader. I don't care, as long as it comes with a decent amount of MOT'age and Tax.
And as for maintenance... I am a car nut. I'll love working under the bonet. I plan to put a set of 2.8i shocks and springs on it... then when I can afford hte insurance and running costs, a Mustang V8 will find its way to the engine bay. (Y) Also a new gearbox and rear axle will be needed then...
