    Well, they won todays so thats one but what if they draw on the next game and lose the next? Does that mean they don't go through? What happens when teams draw?

    They need to win or come second in the group. They don't necessarily have to win 2 games. A win gets 3 points, a draw 1 point and a loss 0 points. So there are many combinations of wins/draws/losses which still allow a team to progress. But we need to win the group ideally, and that means beating Sweden in points.

    Argentina were brilliant. Riquelme is absolutely fantastic. Best team so far by a distance. England were OK.

    On the basis of England's woeful performance and Sven's bizarre tactics (Owen Hargreaves???), I'm switching allegiance to my adopted homeland last year, Ecuador! At least they won convincingly (and actually managed to score a goal of their own, two in fact!). VAMOS ADELANTE! SI SE PUEDE!
