Dog names

I need suggestions for our new puppy we are getting soon.

We already have a dog called Frankie, so we would need something that sounds different to that.

Any ideas?

    Obviously not benny!

I like 'Max' for a dog...and also a child :chin:

If its spotty then go for 'stripe'.

I like really ironic sounding names too like barbara, alfred, sheila, albert etc especially if they are tiny.

    Raoul

That is actually one of my favourite boys names in the world. I love the sound of it and it reminds me of the three musketeers for some reason.

"Raoul" just begs for a sexy voice

When I had my two cats fanny and Strumpet, I used to LOVE calling them down the street, and sometimes would do it, even if they were already safely tucked up inside.

You can steal those names from me if you like.

How about "Thingy"? Always a good one to call out.

I also like "Fetch". Quite funny if you're walking more than one dog and one's called Fetch - when you call it, the other dogs look at you excitedly.

Or "Walkies" - again, good when there's more than one dog.

In all seriousness, Hollie's quite nice for a girl and Barney's cute for a boy. My past two dogs were both called Barney, which was confusing.

Also, Muffin, Muppet, Twinkle, Coco, Jynx, Ally, Hobnob.. there are loads!

If one's called Franki(e), I can't help but immediately think you should call the other Chicken...

Aaaanyway. Kate's a nice name for a bitch...

I've just been to a Morrissey concert, you could call it Morrissey.
