Hi ya  ,
I know a few of you were asking for these quite a long time ago so I'd just like to apologise for the delay. The Drugs Survey results have now been published See them here.

@ the person who thought they could float down a hillside with an umbrella like Mary Poppins.
btw - there's a double paragraph thing in the part about 'the future'.
Cheers I'll sort that out :thumb:
who's the one percenter spending over five hundred quid a week?
I found this point quite interesting: Is that because the drug-takers are more knowledgable and less susceptible to scare-mongering? Or because they are in denial and don't want to admit the possibility of becoming addicted? Or is it just that they take drugs that are not, or they consider not to be, addictive? :chin:
ETA: There were over 300 people, so 1% is at least 3 people spending over £500 a week!
Unlikely they'll own up, cus they'll have the police thinking they're invariably a dealer.
so much for the misinformation brigade.
dangerous stuff.
heres me with me bad back ...relaxing with a little sprinkle of english herbs and ...these people want me to suffer harsh penalties on top!
Animals
not unusual for someone with a crack habit
but who in here is what i'm curios about.
it definately aint codiene hthstas for sure.
i was quite surprised by that. would've thought the better option would be more education myself.
in the early eighties i was going througyh a thousand quid plus a week ...to feed my heroin habit but also for other opiates and amphetamine and weed.
outragous ammount of money but it didn't realy cost me in cash.
I find that a bit odd, does that fairly represent drug users?
I noticed that as well.
I think females are in general more prepared to sit and do those surveys than males which is why they'll often respond in greater numbers. They have more patience.
From my non-drug using friend group the males are more likely to be tolerant of drug use than females. That's only in my experience though.
i think there should have been more input taken from males !
When it's a voluntary survey though, only the people who decide to do it are used.
You could always exclude some female answers to even out the gender percentiles but how do you decide which to leave out? And it's not really fair asking someone to do a survey and then not using their results!
