Fisherman

:grump:
There is one fishing in the lake outside my window.
Now I have to close the curtains when I have a shower and get changed and stuff! Humph.

I wonder if he knows he is fishing in 8 inches of water? :chin:

Maybe he is just here hoping you forget to close the curtains and using fishing as an excuse...

    I hope not.

A fisherman isn't someone I want to expose myself to.

And he looks a bit ancient ...

Noo he just moved a little bit! He is still sat there. As we speak, a friend is joining him. Oh hell, they're mulitplying! He just turned round, he is very ugly and old! Eww. I don't want his socks :sour:

Also, he is wearing those dry trouser wader things, that have braces on. If he walks into that water, it wouldn't come over the tops of his wellies!

    never did understand fishing.
sitting ...waiting ...and waiting some more ...in all kinds of weather.
i'd be bored shitless after half an hour and buggar off to the pub.

    anyone remember spike milligan?
he had a number of nervous breakdowns and was put in the nut house a few times.
he once had an argument with the head shrink about why they were keeping him there.
he kept saying he wasn't insane so head psyco asked him what his definition of insanity was ...
    fishing ...was his reply.

Sound quite a logical answer to me.

Jesus fed a large crowd with a few loaves of bread and 3 fish. He's some boy eh?

Used to go fishing with my dad years ago, was alright but not something I'd do for a hobby like.

Maybe someone looked at your window at a time when you were changing and hadn't closed the curtains, then told everyone about it so they're sitting out there at times waiting for you to forget again? :chin: The fishing and boxes etc might be just an excuse.

    It's quality.

Sit their with a few cans and smoke, and indulge in a bit of hunting - a basic human instinct. It feels bloody good when you land a nice fish.

Yeah but you have to put it back again, it's not like you're fishing for survival or something :p Unless you are Ray Mears, in which case I shall let you off!
